While most of the island is still fast asleep, there is a quiet magic that takes over Bozcaada just as the sun begins to peek over the horizon.

RUNNINGRUNNING GEAR ESSENTIALS

The island run is not for a beginners if you really plan to fully run, but if not - take a hill walk in the end of the run. I barely was able to find the route which can give me at least 2.5 miles for Strava. Here are my observations to make your island run on the hit suitable:

  1. The Bikini set since you might freshen up in the sea after the run. It should look like its sporty crop top and cute at the same time. I recommend red one from here: https://amzn.to/4z2Srx6

  2. Any running shorts really - wanna match with the bikini then go for red or white as on me

  3. The most important the bag which can be easily taken off when you decide to swim :) here it is: https://amzn.to/3Sh04j2

  4. The running shoes - islands are quite sandy and stoney so the shoes cannot make you fall down on the hill, The best one are Saucony Peregrine - It features aggressive 5mm lugs that bite into soft sand and loose gravel, plus a built-in rock plate underfoot to shield your feet against sharp stones. https://amzn.to/4xjl3R5

I kept it short since the advices (based only on my personal experience) are the only thing I wanna serve.
